Ari Nadelman is a Managing Director at Diamond Capital Advisors with over 35 years’ experience as a serial entrepreneur and investment banker. His expertise is in merger and acquisition services for middle-market firms. As a serial entrepreneur, he founded, built and sold five businesses across diverse industries. He understands the value drivers that attract buyers, and how important business sale transactions are for his clients and their families – having walked in their shoes.

Prior to joining Diamond, Ari co-founded Lionfish Advisors providing M&A services to underserved entrepreneur-led businesses. Because of his tenacity and attention to detail, he personally structures and executes all transactions for his clients, ensuring maximal value and minimal risk. Ari has completed transactions in technology, healthcare, manufacturing, environmental/recycling, publishing, business services and consumer products.

As an entrepreneur, Ari founded Speedband, a fixed-wireless ISP network across southwest Riverside County and sold the business to a strategic acquirer. Ari also founded two startups in environmental and recycling waste management including ETS Dental – sold in an all-cash transaction to Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL).  He acquired the foundation for his business acumen by working in his family’s businesses, recovering and selling freight involved in train derailments.

Ari completed the Executive Program at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

He has served on the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (now EO) in addition to taking active roles on the boards of several education-related charities.  Mr. Nadelman obtained Series 7, 63, 24, 28, and 79 securities registrations. He enjoys travel, especially internationally – most recently a voyage to Antarctica – and even closed a transaction while on board the ship. He is an avid woodworker, metalworker, is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian, and currently resides in Santa Monica with his wife and son.
