Becky York is a Managing Director at Diamond Capital Advisors. For decades, she has worked closely with business owners to help them evaluate risk, opportunities and strategies to position companies for transactions, as well as assisting them throughout the process. Her background is in valuation consulting, corporate advisory and other consulting.

Her clients have ranged from startups to multinationals in a wide range of industries, from service to asset-intensive manufacturing businesses. In addition to valuing equity interests in closely held businesses, she has extensive experience valuing intangible assets such as patents and other intellectual property. She has also performed and supervised numerous fairness and solvency opinion projects.

Before joining Diamond Capital Advisors, Becky worked for global firms Deloitte, BDO, Arthur Andersen, Duff & Phelps and American Appraisal Associates, and boutique accounting firm Iskowitz & Koo. She has also worked with her husband at their real estate development consulting firm York Consulting Group, LLC.

Becky has an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University.

Becky enjoys learning about and supporting causes related to climate, housing and community resilience. She and her husband live in the Century City area of Los Angeles and have an adult son.
